Preparing for chilly weather...

Today, the UK has had its first snow of the winter. Preparing for the cold weather ahead, I have finished knitting yet another hat for myself. A Noro spiral one skein hat no less. I'd been admiring the colours in Noro yarns for a while, so when JL had a ball reduced I snapped it up.
My one complaint regarding the Noro Silk Garden is that the yarn thickness fluctuates quite a bit (at least in the ball I had). From big fluffy clouds to a tiny skinny thread, this yarn had it all! Ps) And yes, those CDs are in alphabetical order!

  1. Oooh nice! Oddly enough I've been looking at spiral hat patterns this week - was thibking of making one for my daughter (though not with Noro yarn!).
