I found an easy pattern for fingerless mittens on Ravelry which I knew I had to make. I used a ball of Stacy Charles Baci that I'd brought on holiday for a couple of dollars. I like the variegated colours in this yarn. The mittens only took a couple of hours from start to finish.I have to admit I feel like a bit of an action hero with these - hence the POW!
These look just the job for wearing round the house, whilst I try not to turn the heating on. Thanks for your comment. By coincidence one of my on-line tutorials is on Kantha work.
